ABJ Signs InHome Care as Portfolio Client

DALLAS — InHome Care selected The Allan Bailey Johnson, LLC (ABJ) as its strategic advisor to manage the real estate portfolio through a focused and streamlined approach. All corporate real estate activities flows through a centralized leadership model with ABJ. The services include portfolio account management, strategic advisory, lease administration, portfolio planning and consulting services. John Bailey, President of ABJ, secured the agreement and will serve as the account leader.
ABJ represented InHome Care in signing and renewing their 2.639 square foot lease at Brookhollow Place located at 7610 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas TX. ABJ negotiated the lease with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services who represented the buildings landlord, Texas Prince Properties, Inc.
