Meet Kiama

Kiama brings over 10 years of real estate experience in various segments of the
industry, having worked at prominent real estate firms such as Mr. Cooper Group, Progress Residential a Pretium Company and Jones Lang LaSalle. She entered JLL as Brokerage Administrator, then was promoted to Senior Research Analyst, where she developed first-generation retail research/site selection serving brokerage, advisory and capital markets across Texas. Research projects extended to office, hotel and multi-family property sectors. Kiama holds an active Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Texas thus joins ABJ as Transaction Coordinator responsible for process management of acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities.
