Meet Spencer

As Lead Research Analyst, Spencer is responsible for conducting local and national market research and  analysis to identify viable commercial real estate options for ABJ’s clients. His duties also include providing the lead broker and transaction manager with market conditions and insights, bringing additional value to clients and internal teams. Spencer graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2021 with a BBA in Business Marketing and minors in Advertising and Music Industry Practices. For the past year, Spencer served as Operations & Communications Analyst for ABJ & Avery Capital where he helped manage the routine functions of both businesses and grew company culture.
