Extremely knowledgeable is a phrase that comes to mind when I think of John Bailey. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing John for quite a bit, during which a mutual Technical Services professional thought we could be complimentary working colleagues with his Corporate Real Estate (CRE) advisory experience and my background in Facilities Management for future development deals. Above all, I was impressed with John’s ability to deliver his vast experience in CRE while supporting his local community by his revitalization efforts within the South Dallas district.
